Missionaries to Asia
Our missionaries, Martin and Marcus (last name withheld for security purposes), are in a limited-access country in East Asia. Until recently this country was closed to foreigners; fortunately, with their economy flourishing they have become somewhat more open. However, it is still illegal to do mission work in this country; therefore, we will not disclose the name of the country.
Martin and Marcus grew up in a home where life was all about reaching the lost. When they were very young their parents, Dan and Jeanette, moved their family to Puebla, Mexico where they spent nine years on the mission field. Martin and Marcus have also worked as a team through! out their lives. During their university studies, they spent several summers working with disadvantaged kids in the inner-cities of Houston and Memphis. Their personal and family motto is “Blessed to be a blessing.”
