There are a number of ways that Davis Park Church of Christ reaches out to the greater Modesto community some of which are listed below.

These events help not only to solidify the Davis Park Church of Christ community of believers, but also give us a chance to reach out and get to know our surrounding community.“All Outreach Events” at DPCoC are open to the public and are free of charge.”

• Vacation Bible School: VBS is a fun opportunity for kids to learn about the Bible in a week-long, theme-centered environment. Stories, songs, skits, snacks & crafts all help bring kids closer to God & Jesus, His Son.
• Fireworks and Ice Cream: The first Wednesday after the 4th of July we eat ice cream together and then gather at the front circle of Parkview Christian Estates for a fireworks show for our neighbors, members and residents of Parkview.
• Keaton's Candle:  Each August, as a memorial to all lost babies & a prayer for all expecting mothers ad their babies, Keaton's Candle is a time of prayer & remembrance.
• Trunk or Treat: Each October 31st we gather as many cars in our parking lot as we can to distribute candy from the decorated trunks of the cars. This is a fabulous, fun & free family-friendly alternative to traditional Trick-or-Treating. All are welcome to partake of the candy. Games with prizes are available for the children, and food and drinks are provided free of charge.
• Cookies & Caroling: The Wednesday evening before Christmas we bring cookies next door to Parkview Christian Estates and enjoy fellowship & caroling together.
