Women’s Life
As God’s daughters, we are created with a deep need for relationship and a sense of belonging. The Women’s Ministry at Davis Park strives to meet those needs through a variety of activities and Bible Classes that help strengthen our bonds as sisters in Christ.
Fun activities in the past have included a Christmas Shopping Adventure to San Francisco, Ladies’ Teas, Girl’s Bowling Night Out, Summer Swims, and Craft Days. These fun times are balanced by times of worship and focus on God including Women’s Devotionals, Ladies Conference, Wednesday Evening Bible Classes and our yearly Women’s Retreat. In service to others we strive not to forget our shut-in’s, the elderly at Parkview, our newest ladies and even our church grounds.
All ladies are invited to these events and guests are always welcome. Our current activities for 2009 include:
